This review is for the upstairs Starbucks in the mall. I go here a couple times a week and the guys in there are the best! My drink is always perfect, they usually know my order and my name, AND they spell my name right! I've never had a bad experience here! Good job Guys!

The white chocolate mocha is my favorite drink from any Starbucks. It didn't taste right to me for some reason. I don't know if it needed more flavoring or what, but I had it much better from other Starbucks. It was kinda bland. There was a lot of teenagers in there that was probably dropped off at the mall by their parents. They were in everyone's way and they couldn't give a crap since they acted like they thought they were so much better. Sad, but I actually worried about them when I left from there. Yea, I'm weird! ;P

Friendly staff, great location, good parking, good outdoor seating. Only potential downside is the bike groups that take over the outdoor seating for long periods of time.

You will not pay more for a lousy, burnt, stale tasting cup of coffee anywhere!

Open on X'mas Day 2007 (7am-2pm) and the staff complimented Danny D's shoes. Thanks, Starbuck's! Vanilla Latte was a little too sweet, but otherwise ok. There was a strange woman who also kept making much ado about Danny D's Mr. Happy shoes and it was all we could do to keep our frozen grins intact. Y'know - holiday cheer and all. Outdoor seating = puppy friendly.

It felt like a million years since I went inside this Starbucks. It felt great to be back, and see some the same familiar faces. They've moved around the store a little bit, and have placed a display obstacle just inside the front door, which is kind of weird, and makes you go towards the right or the left to make your order. (does this make sense to you readers?) there is usually only one person working one of two registers and formatting a 'line' to see who is next gets VERY awkward. I saw a woman barge right in front of a man who decided to go left and wait beside me. (I came in left too) she came in right and completely barged ahead of him. When the next person came in, they went in left and then another person behind them went in right and the left guy got budged again. It was quite something to see, because next, a woman with a HUGE two seat stroller, sitting a 7 year old (7 year old!) in the stroller with his 8 year old sister (I'm guessing on ages here, because I used to teach dance to children from 5-8 years old and these kids were tall and BIG. As in chunky big. bigger than chunky actually... but that's another story) so anyway.... she comes into the door with her giant 2 seat stroller with the 7 year old boy sitting in it, and the older sister walking along beside it. She could not help but hit the display table and plastic coffee cups and bags came crashing down. It was almost as if she rammed it into the thing to prove a point. (Oh Starbucks... why have I stayed away so long... you provide the funniest moments for viewing these kind of dramas..) Both kids seemed very well mannered (in other words they were NOT screaming and grabbing things shouting 'i want i want i want) an so for the life of me, I can not wrap my head around the fact that she did not take the easier solution of asking the boy to hop out of the stroller thing and stand beside her. Because he did get out of the stroller to play hit and punch his sister, only to return to the stroller to sit back down in it again. Well... he was occupied with a game boy thingy. which must be why he was allowed to sit and ride on this fine day. Back to Mom, which was fine entertainment. After knocking down the display items, (which she never thought to even pick up!) she pushes her stroller into the back heels of another customer, causing a yelp from this said customer and a look of annoyance. when it was her turn to order, which in this case, it really was not... she was on the right, and he was on the left, and clearly it was his turn after the first ankle biter victim directly ahead of her ordered...but the guy rolled his eyes and allowed her to go ahead and order anyway.. maybe for fear he'd get an Achilles beat down from the stroller by going first and ordering with her remaining behind him. (smart move man) By this time, she finished her 88,428,833.2 item order, each with special directions for heating and cup doubling requests.... she pushed her stroller along and into the waiting for my order area. Not before banging it into just one more smaller old lady. With a cane. And blue hair. Now this little old lady, had more gusto than I do lately (You'll soon notice from my reviews that I'm a changed woman now, finding enlightenment, forgiveness, vegetarianism and Yoga.. But this little old lady let her HAVE it. Loudly. It was quite the spectacle. I don't think I've ever seen a little old lady in this kind of force to be reckoned with. She let her verbally have it, while shaking that cane like a warrior. Soon the stroller lady was zipping out the side door, and quickly! The moral of the story is... this really could have all been avoided if A. the display area was not huge and just inside the door. B. If some lady didn't have such a huge double stroller for a 7 year old.
